معايير وشروط نشر المقالات والبحوث العلمية في شبكة بيئة أبوظبي

 

حرصًا من شبكة بيئة أبوظبي على ترسيخ المهنية الإعلامية، وحماية المنصة قانونيًا وأخلاقيًا، وضمان جودة المحتوى المنشور، تعتمد الشبكة المعايير والشروط التالية لقبول ونشر المقالات والبحوث العلمية:

 

أولًا: هوية الشبكة وطبيعة المحتوى

1. شبكة بيئة أبوظبي مؤسسة إعلامية غير ربحية، مستقلة، لا تقبل الإعلانات التجارية، ولا المقالات الدعائية، ولا التبرعات، ولا أي شكل من أشكال الدعم المالي أو العيني.
2. تقتصر المواد المقبولة للنشر على المقالات والبحوث العلمية المتخصصة في مجالات:
   • البيئة
   • التنمية المستدامة
   • التغير المناخي
   • المسؤولية المجتمعية
     على أن تكون باللغة العربية فقط.

 

ثانيًا: شروط التقديم

3. يلتزم الكاتب بإرسال نسخة حديثة من سيرته الذاتية باللغة العربية مرفقة مع المقال.
4. تُرفق بالمقال صور علمية توضيحية ذات صلة، على أن تكون:
   • مملوكة للكاتب أو مصرح له باستخدامها قانونيًا،
   • وغير منقولة من الإنترنت أو أي مصدر غير مرخّص.
5. يشترط أن يكون المقال أصيلًا، غير منشور سابقًا كليًا أو جزئيًا في أي منصة ورقية أو رقمية.
6. تُرسل جميع المشاركات حصريًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي للشبكة:

ثالثًا: آلية المراجعة والنشر

7. تخضع جميع المواد الواردة للمراجعة من قبل الهيئة الاستشارية والتحريرية للشبكة، التي تحتفظ بحق اعتماد أو رفض ما تراه مناسبًا للنشر دون إبداء الأسباب.
8. يتم النشر على موقع شبكة بيئة أبوظبي ومنصاتها الرقمية المختلفة دون مقابل مادي.

 

رابعًا: الضوابط التحريرية والقانونية

9. تمتنع الشبكة عن نشر أي محتوى:
   • يتناول الشؤون السياسية أو الدينية،
   • يتضمن إساءة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة للأفراد أو المؤسسات أو الدول،
   • ينتهك الخصوصية أو حقوق الملكية الفكرية،
   • يحمل طابعًا تحريضيًا، تمييزيًا، أو غير موثق علميًا.
10. الآراء الواردة في المقالات المنشورة تعبّر عن رأي كُتّابها فقط، ولا تمثل بالضرورة رأي شبكة بيئة أبوظبي أو إدارتها.

 

خامسًا: المسؤولية القانونية وحقوق النشر

11. يقرّ الكاتب بأن المحتوى المقدم للنشر يقع تحت مسؤوليته القانونية والفكرية الكاملة، ويتحمل وحده أي تبعات قانونية ناتجة عنه، بما في ذلك أي مطالبات من أطراف ثالثة.
12. تحتفظ إدارة الشبكة بحق:
    • التحرير اللغوي أو الاختصار بما لا يخل بجوهر المحتوى،
    • أو سحب المادة من النشر في أي وقت إذا تبيّن لاحقًا تعارضها مع القوانين أو السياسات التحريرية المعتمدة.
13. يُفضّل أن تكون المقالات مدعومة بمراجع علمية موثوقة عند الاقتضاء، وتحتفظ الشبكة بحق طلب توضيحات أو تدقيق إضافي قبل النشر.

 

سادسًا: الالتزام القانوني

14. تلتزم شبكة بيئة أبوظبي بجميع القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح النافذة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وبخاصة القوانين المنظمة للعمل الإعلامي والصحفي الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة.

Standards and Conditions for Publishing Articles and Scientific Research

Abu Dhabi Environment Network

In its commitment to upholding media professionalism, protecting the platform legally and ethically, and ensuring the quality of published content, the Abu Dhabi Environment Network adopts the following standards and conditions for accepting and publishing articles and scientific research:

First: Network Identity and Content Scope

1. The Abu Dhabi Environment Network is a non-profit, independent media organization. It does not accept commercial advertisements, promotional articles, donations, or any form of financial or in-kind support.
2. Materials accepted for publication are limited to scientific articles and research specializing in the following fields:
   • Environment
   • Sustainable Development
   • Climate Change
   • Social Responsibility

All submissions must be written in Arabic only.

Second: Submission Requirements

1. Authors are required to submit a recent Arabic-language curriculum vitae (CV) along with the article.
2. Articles must be accompanied by relevant scientific illustrative images, provided that:
   • The images are owned by the author or the author has legal permission to use them; and
   • The images are not taken from the internet or any unlicensed source.
3. The submitted article must be original and unpublished, in whole or in part, on any print or digital platform.
4. All submissions must be sent exclusively via the Network’s official email address:
   abudhabienv@gmail.com

Third: Review and Publication Process

1. All submitted materials are subject to review by the Network’s Advisory and Editorial Board, which reserves the right to approve or reject any submission it deems appropriate for publication, without obligation to provide reasons.
2. Publication on the Abu Dhabi Environment Network’s website and digital platforms is carried out without any financial compensation.

Fourth: Editorial and Legal Controls

1. The Network refrains from publishing any content that:
   • Addresses political or religious matters;
   • Contains direct or indirect offense to individuals, institutions, or states;
   • Violates privacy or intellectual property rights; or
   • Is inflammatory, discriminatory, or scientifically unsubstantiated.
2. Opinions expressed in published articles reflect the views of their authors only and do not necessarily represent the views of the Abu Dhabi Environment Network or its management.

Fifth: Legal Responsibility and Publishing Rights

1. The author acknowledges that the content submitted for publication is under their full legal, intellectual, and ethical responsibility, and that they alone bear any legal consequences arising therefrom, including claims by third parties.
2. The Network’s management reserves the right to:

• Edit or shorten the content linguistically or editorially without compromising its substance; or
• Remove the material from publication at any time if it is later found to conflict with applicable laws or approved editorial policies.

1. Articles are preferably supported by reliable scientific references where applicable, and the Network reserves the right to request clarifications or additional verification prior to publication.

Sixth: Legal Compliance

1. The Abu Dhabi Environment Network complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws in force in the United Arab Emirates, particularly those governing media and journalistic work issued by the competent authorities.
